Abstract: We report familial Hodgkin lymphoma (FHL) in a family with five children, of which three were human leucocyte antigen (HLA) class I identical. These three siblings were diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive Hodgkin lymphoma within a 6-year period. All three were treated with chemo- and/or radiotherapy and are presently in complete remission. None of the children had evidence of overt immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease.
