My uterus was removed because of fibroids, so there is no risk of endometrial cancer, which is why I am taking estrogen without progesterone. Should I have a bone density scan?   • 6. Ask the doctor. I'm a 42-year-old man with no health problems, except for the fact that I'm a bit overweight. I recently had an exercise test because of some chest pain. The good news is that it showed no evidence of heart problems, but during the test my blood pressure quickly shop up to 190 mm Hg. Usually, it's about 35/90 mm Hg.
