  • 41. On call. My wife's nutrition newsletter says that everyone over 60 should take a multivitamin with 25 micrograms of vitamin B12. We're both 60 and healthy, but the vitamin I've been taking since I read your February 2000 article on supplements has only 2.4 micrograms of B12. Am I missing out? Why are these recommendations so different?
