    Author: Kuchirka IaM.
Journal: Klin Khir; 1998; (9-10):28-30. PubMed ID: 10050388.
    Abstract:
In 80% gastric ulcer and 86% duodenal ulcer observations Helicobacter pylori (HP) were revealed while observation of 124 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer disease, complicated by hemorrhage. Low pH of gastric contents was observed in the III-IV stages of blood loss. Stable rise of all indexes of gastric secretion was noted while III-IV stages of HP dissemination on the background of pronounced gastritis with dystrophic and inflammatory changes of its mucosa. The conformity between morphological changes of gastroduodenal mucosa, the blood loss intensity and the HP dissemination stage was noted.
