Title: Thigh neuralgia as a symptom of obturator hernia. Author: Somell A, Ljungdahl I, Spangen L. Journal: Acta Chir Scand; 1976; 142(6):457-9. PubMed ID: 1007792. Abstract: A material of 8 patients with obturator hernias is presented. In 7 of the patients a neuralgic pain in the thigh was the main symptom and a hyperesthesia in the cutaneous segment of the obturator nerve was also common.
