  • Title: Regaining control of accounts receivable.
    Author: Spain T.
Journal: Patient Acc; 1991 Nov; 14(11):2-3. PubMed ID: 10115715.
    Abstract:
Reducing a high level of outstanding accounts receivable may mean revising some or all business office operations. The first step on the road to accounts receivable recovery is conducting an audit or evaluation of department procedures. After the audit, it is important to involve staff members in setting goals to ensure a successful recovery program.
