Title: Information technologies need to protect patient confidentiality. Author: Pendrak RF, Ericson RP. Journal: Healthc Financ Manage; 1998 Oct; 52(10):66-8. PubMed ID: 10187618. Therefore, health systems need to take steps to ensure that their computerized patient records remain secure and confidential to avoid being found in violation of patients' legal right to privacy.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
