(2) 09-70-0502, Health Insurance Master Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO. (3) 09-70-0503, Intermediary Medicare Claims Records, HHS/HCFA/BPO. We have provided background information about the routine uses in the "Supplementary Information" section below. We invite public comments on this proposal.
