Title: Double pylorus and esophageal achalasia. Author: Jorge AD, Díaz M. Journal: Endoscopy; 1976 Nov; 8(4):208-11. PubMed ID: 1026392. Abstract: 29 cases of double pylorus have been reported so far. It is thought that in 85% of the cases it has been due to a fistulous gastro-duodenal ulcer and the remaining 15% would be of a congenital origin.
