    Abstract:
    The marketing/promotion concept for radiology services is a new and exciting challenge. Few departments have had the foresight to focus on the demand for change with this approach. The personal dialogue with physicians and the increased emphasis on the needs of the patient has resulted in more than 2,300 additional outpatient visits, since implementation in 1986, and will continue to reflect the excellence of Good Samaritan Hospital tradition.
