    Abstract:
    Description of the acoustic detection of the functional performance of Cordis-Hakim valves. This can be monitored or perceived with a surface microphone, or demonstrated by means of an oscilloscope. To document the findings the image of the viewing screen can be photographed or continuously registered through interconnection of a recorder. There is also the possibility of testing with the stethoscope. The construction of the device and experimental arrangements are described.
