Abstract: PURPOSE: A pediatric case of ectopic vas deferens opening into the ipsilateral ureter is reported. METHODS/RESULTS: Ectopic opening of the vas deferens was detected incidentally at ureterocystotneostomy being performed for vesicoureteral reflux to the solitary kidney of a 7-month-old boy with anorectal anomaly.
