    Post-stroke assessment tool predicts patient's recovery and clinical needs. Not all strokes--or stroke patients--are the same. An assessment tool developed at the University of Pennsylvania creates benchmarks for patients undergoing stroke rehabilitation. Read how providers use the tool when patients are admitted to attach a score to each patient based on impairment categories and disabilities, and find out how that score correlates with average length of stay, resource utilization, and clinical outcomes.
