Author: Maladière E, Chikhani L, Meningaud JP, Favre E, Bertrand JC, Guilbert F. Journal: Rev Stomatol Chir Maxillofac; 1999 May; 100(2):75-81. PubMed ID: 10488489. The difficulty of this technique is presented on the basis of a 5-years experience.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
