PubMed ID: 10540570. Abstract: The 57 year old woman presented with diffuse muscle spasms and delirium. Prior to presentation, she complained of progressive muscle pain, weakness and a weight loss of 10 kg over several months. Laboratory investigation showed hypopituitarism and a syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed an empty sella.
