    Abstract:
    The bonds provided by the ethyl cyanoacrylate is only one fifth as strong as that obtained with a self-threading pin. This retention is comparable to that of zinc phosphate-cemented pins. The simplicty and quick-setting reaction are definite advantages; however, long-term studies are needed prior to clinical acceptance.
