Abstract: Although pemphigus vulgaris rarely occurs in childhood, we herewith report the history of a 19-year-old patient with an apparent 4-year course of pemphigus. In this patient, as in every previously reported case of childhood pemphigus, oral lesions preceded the appearance of skin manifestations.
