    Author: Ubaĭdullaev AM, Belotserkovskiĭ VG.
Journal: Probl Tuberk; 1999; (6):14-6. PubMed ID: 10715948.
    Abstract:
To reduce the duration of treatment, to reduce the incidence of adverse effects, to enhance the total efficiency of chemotherapy in the complex treatment of 95 patients with different forms of pulmonary tuberculosis, lymphotropic therapy was used with subcutaneous 10% isoniazid in combination with heparin, lazix or lidase. Lymphotropic therapy caused no side effects in response to isoniazid. Lymphotropic therapy was found to substantially accelerate abacillation, the cessation of intoxication symptoms, the closure of decay cavities and to reduce hospital stay by 1.0-1.5 months.
