    Abstract:
    We present a girl with acute non-lymphoblastic leukaemia (ANLL) who developed sepsis during the treatment of the disease. She was treated with BFM-83 protocol for ANLL. Blood cultured revealed the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This type of opportunistic infections are common, especially in patients with neutropenia.
