Abstract: Simultaneous detection of an intracranial meningioma with a pituitary tumour prior to radiotherapy is an extremely uncommon occurrence. Authors have managed an elderly acromegalic lady with an acidophilic pituitary adenoma, who also harboured an asymptomatic anterior third parasagittal meningioma.
