Abstract: Splenic artery aneurysm is an uncommon form of vascular disease of unknown etiology. Its clinical importance is due to its high mortality, especially in pregnancy, when maternal mortality is 70% and fetal mortality 95%. Most cases of splenic artery aneurysm are asymptomatic and are diagnosed incidentally.
