Title: [Phytin and lectin isolation from wheat germ in a single technological cycle]. Author: Antoniuk VO, Antoniuk LIa. Journal: Ukr Biokhim Zh (1999); 2000; 72(2):97-9. PubMed ID: 10979591. Abstract: Method of phytin and agglutinin (lectin) purification was elaborated from wheat germ in an unified technological cycle. Output of phytin is 0.88% of raw material. Its purity was in conformity with requirements of USSR Pharmacopoeia IX edit. Output of wheat germ agglutinin, which was obtained after purification of phytin, was 0.04% of raw materials mass. This purification scheme allows to receive fatty oils and use fluid, which passed affinity column and rich in vitamins and carbohydrates, for their receiving or using.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
