    Abstract:
    The author proposes to use a modified ultrasound waveguide (cavitary sanitizer) for the closed method of treatment of patients with deeply localized pyo-inflammatory foci (abscesses, peritonitis, purulent paranephritis etc.). The device is described as well as the principle of its action. The content of the medicine mixture for "insonification" of the injured organs and the surrounding tissues is proposed. An experience with using the cavitary sanitizer in 12 wounded allows the preliminary results of the treatment to be estimated as positive.
