    Abstract:
    The results of treatment of postoperative complications in 227 children with destructive forms of appendicitis and appendicular peritonitis were analyzed. The expediency of the low-intensive laser radiation application in the treatment of various forms of peritonitis was noted. The frequency of the postoperative complications occurrence was 17.3% at average, constituting one half in comparison with the control groups.
