    Abstract:
    Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder of unknown origin. Ocular involvement occurs in about 25% of patients. Acute or chronic anterior uveitis are the most common ocular manifestations of sarcoidosis but all the ocular tissues can be involved. Diagnosis is based on several investigations, of which the most interesting are the biopsy of a granuloma and broncho-alveolar washing. Treatment is topical or systemic corticosteroid therapy.
