Abstract: AIDS advocate and institutional researcher Dawn Day is urging the state of New Jersey to establish needle exchange programs. Minorities and women are particularly affected, according to Day, director of the Dogwood Center. Governor Christine Whitman is not in favor of needle exchange because she believes it condones drug use.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
