    Abstract:
    We studied the dynamics of the abscisic acid content in above-ground parts of wheat cultivars with different resistance against powdery mildew. It was assayed by the HPLC method in healthy and diseased (inoculated by the powdery mildew causative agent) plants (from inoculation to the stage of pathogen spore formation). The results are discussed with special reference to the wheat resistance against the powdery mildew.
