Title: The common anemias. Author: Wallerstein RO. Journal: J Fam Pract; 1975 Jun; 2(3):217-20. PubMed ID: 1151298. Abstract: Anemia is a common clinical problem requiring precise diagnosis of its underlying etiology in order to provide effective therapy. Most common anemias are characterized by discrete hematologic patterns. This paper presents simple guidelines for the rational use of common laboratory tests in the diagnostic assessment of anemia.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
