Abstract: The ameloblastomas are benign odontogenic tumors locally aggressive that between 15-20% are located in the upper maxillary. The maxillary ameloblastomas have worse forecast than their mandibular homologous upon presenting greater index of postsurgery relapses and a greater percentage of malignancy.
