Abstract: Two cases of perianal streptococcal dermatitis (PSD) occurred in a brother and sister, aged 4 and 6 years, respectively. The diagnosis was confirmed by the detection of group A beta-hemolytic streptococci in the perineal area and pharynx of both patients.
