Abstract: Ruptures of sinus of Valsalva aneurysms are a rare complication, and very few cases of rupture in the left atrium have been described. The diagnosis was by transthoracic and transoesophageal multiplan echocardiography, and the treatment surgical, with a good result.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
