Title: [World Health Organization places psychiatry high on the agenda, also consequences for the Netherlands]. Author: Nolen WA. Journal: Ned Tijdschr Geneeskd; 2002 Feb 16; 146(7):297-9. PubMed ID: 11876031. Abstract: In October 2001 the World Health Organization (WHO) devoted its yearly World Health Report to psychiatry under the title 'Mental health: new understanding, new hope'.
