    Abstract:
    The author report 1 case of myositis associated with pulmonary lesions. It was particularly difficult to diagnose, the patient serum was positive for the anti-Jo1 antibody. This case have encouraged the authors to review the literature with particular attention to the diagnostic, the latest physiopathological data and the therapeutic basis of the pulmonary lesions with polymyositis and dermatomyositis.
