    Abstract:
    In the USSR the coworkers of the Oncological Research Center of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences and the Institute of Control Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences are actively participating in elaboration of a long-term program for international cooperation in the field of oncological research and its information provision, based on a systemic approach to it. A list of most perspective trends in the field of oncological researches is made. An original system of selective propagation of the information among the participants of the program was worked out. Some methodological approaches to the working out and realization of the long-term program are formulated.
