    Abstract:
    Small bowel segments are seldom used at the present time for ureteral substitution, and the terminal ileum is chosen for anatomical and metabolic reasons. To the best of our knowledge, we report on the first case of surgical treatment of ureteral obliteration in ileal conduit diversion by interposition of an isolated short jejunal segment, with a 18-month follow-up free of complications.
