    Abstract:
    Tests set up in albino rats with experimental peptic ulcer showed the gastric mucosa and the blood serum to contain a materially reduced quantity of free amino acids with their increase in the gastric juice. Introduction of gangleron contributed to a considerable rise in the level of the most of free amino acids in the mucosa of different gastric areas and in the blood serum. Under the effect of gangleron the content of free amino acids continued at a high level.
