    Administrative base salaries for medical groups and IPAs ranged from $63,880 for business office managers to $215,948 for physician CEOs in 2001, according the American Medical Group Association's 2002 Medical Group Compensation & Productivity Survey. The survey also showed the percentage of revenue from capitated contracts continued to decline.
