    Abstract:
    This Law sets forth regulations on the reception and provisional accommodation of evacuees and immigrants taken in by the state of Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. It describes procedures undertaken by the Integration Authorities to distribute evacuees and immigrants throughout various parts of Baden-Wurttemberg and provides that temporary accommodations and the costs of operating them are the responsibility of the state government. Each person transferred to temporary accommodations is to be assigned at least 4 square metres of space. Further provisions deal with procedures for reimbursement from the state for operational and administrative costs, data to be given to the state Integration Authorities by the federal government, and the power of the Integration Authorities to makes rules.
