    Abstract:
    This Order provides the following: "(2) A person born in Lesotho after the 3rd of October 1966 shall not become a citizen of Lesotho by virtue of this section, (a) if at the time of his birth, (i) neither of his parents is a citizen of Lesotho; (ii) his father possesses such immunity from suit and legal process as is accorded to the envoy of a foreign sovereign power accredited to Lesotho; or (iii) his father is an enemy alien and the birth occurs in a place under occupation by the enemy; or (b) unless he would thereby become stateless."
