    Abstract:
    This Mauritanian Decree creates a High Commission of Employment and Reinsertion which is in charge of questions relating to the establishment and implementation of an employment policy in all sectors of economic life. The Commission also has the task of ensuring the supervision of the situation of Mauritanian emigrants and defining and promoting measures to bring about their reinsertion into national life. Further provisions of the Decree set forth the composition of the Commission.
