A 17-month-old child underwent successful operative correction of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery by saphenous vein interposition. Three months after the operation, cardiac catheterization and angiography revealed a patent graft with good antegrade flow and improvement in left ventricular function.
