Abstract: Cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis is a common finding among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, although the clinical appearance of the lesions varies. We report the case of a 38-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus who had leukocytoclastic vasculitis with peculiar clinical morphologic features of the cutaneous lesions.
