    Abstract:
    Rare clinical case of myocardial infarction, conditioned by neoplasmal obturation of coronary artery, is presented in the article. Primary nidus of the neoplasmal growth was in 3 and 4 segments of the lung. Tumor penetrated pleura, pericardium, epicardium and infiltrated wall of the circumflex branch and formed neoplasmal thrombus.
