Abstract: Papillon-Lefévre syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disease comprising palmoplantar keratoderma and periodontitis. Palmoplantar keratoderma can be severe, necessitating systemic treatment. Different systemic retinoids were found to be highly efficacious.
