    Abstract:
    The effects of cadmium chloride on the expression of proto-oncogene c-fos and c-jun of rat liver cells were studied with Northern dot hybridization. The results showed that at the dose of 5, 10 or 20 mumol/kg of cadmium chloride, the expression of proto-oncogene c-fos and c-jun could be induced obviously.
