    Abstract:
    In dermatology, patients with nodosum leprosum and discoid lupus erythematosus are benefited by clofazimine therapy. Its use in other autoimmune diseases has to be considered. Patients with lupus pernio may respond to this regime, but further prolonged trials will have to be undertaken.
