    Abstract:
    OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study carried-out in 1999 was to describe and analyse the health status and activity forms in elderly subjects (65 and older). METHODS: Health status was assessed on self-reported questionnaire information on: diseases, hospitalisation, disability, mobility, BMI, level of life enthusiasm, relationships and satisfaction. Reported activity has been classified as physical, intellectual (mental) and pro-social. Study group health status, activity (level, forms) demographic features were presented and analysed with the use of Epi-info6. RESULTS: Of this research study are presented in the second part of this paper.
