Abstract: Selective visceral angiography is well within the ability of small community hospitals. If carefully performed by a well-trained interested radiologist, the procedures carry negligible morbidity and mortality. These studies can provide an exact diagnosis, a working differential or at least enough data to plan a surgical approach with accuracy.
