Title: The Clopidogrel in Unstable Angina to Prevent Recurrent Events (CURE) study: to what extent should the results be generalizable? Author: Gerschutz GP, Bhatt DL, Clopidogrel in Unstable Angina to Prevent Recurrent Events study. Journal: Am Heart J; 2003 Apr; 145(4):595-601. PubMed ID: 12679754. Abstract: The Clopidogrel in Unstable Angina to Prevent Recurrent Events (CURE) study investigated the use of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes. Increased bleeding and greater requirements for blood transfusions were seen with clopidogrel.
