    Epidemiologic examination of able-bodied population in Far North revealed time-matched averages and confidence intervals for systolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate in newcomers, individuals with normal and high blood pressure. Those results enable to diagnose arterial hypertension by time-related changes in blood pressure during epidemiologic studies.
